Lots of real estate investors struggle with the question of how many sites to set up.
It’s really a question of strategy – who are you trying to reach, and what messages do you want to separate?
You don’t need dozens of real estate sites, but you probably don’t want to tell desperate sellers something like “we make lots of money for our investors”.
The short answer – you should probably have different websites for each audience: one for your investors (cash buyers), one to generate leads on discount properties (sellers), and one for dwellers (retail buyers and tenants).
