As you’ll see in this latest report from John Burns Consulting, some very smart builders invested some money in doing market research. They found out what the home buyers in their market wanted and they made some changes to their floor plans.
Low and behold, some builders are succeeding even in a down economy while other builders have failed miserably in their sales.
I’ll let you guess which ones were successful 😉
