Land Trust Agreement: Free Download

This Land Trust Agreement is one of our longest and most comprehensive free forms on this site and I can’t stress enough that you MUST talk to your attorney to get specific details about whether this is a viable option for you to pursue. Generally, a land trust allows the beneficiaries to remain on the land and to benefit from any money made from the land while a trustee (very often an attorney) holds the legal deed to the land. The trustee can only act when given specific written instructions from the beneficiaries, such as when they want to sell the land.
