We’re well into the 2nd quarter of 2009 and the real estate market is starting to show signs of improvement in some areas. Inventories are shrinking in some areas (and not in others)… and some of the “early mover” markets like cities in California and Las Vegas are slowly but surely starting to show signs of the bottom.
Unemployment is still pretty high in a lot of areas, but Denver, Colorado is starting to show great signs of being one of the early turnaround cities with unemployment starting to improve and more buyers entering the market.
