The real estate investing form this week is one that all real estate investors should be using in some shape or form. This is just one example of the seller information form… I’ve seen many different formats out there… this one is very simple and gets pretty much all of the information you need as an investor when speaking with a seller of a property.
The Motivated Seller Information Form For Investors
The real estate seller information form you can download below is a simple form that you can use to gather information about the seller and the property.
This is useful when you are talking to the seller over the phone on your initial phone call… and should be the first line of defense when you are screening a lead to determine if the seller is truly motivated.
While this form isn’t the most comprehensive in the world (I’ve seen more in-depth forms out there), this one is very simple and is a great starting place for new investors.

“Since the age of 21”? You’re over 21? That photo makes you look so young! I’d prefer to learn RE investing from someone who’s old enough to shave, Trevor.
Hey Tim,
Thanks for the comment buddy.
Yep, I’m 26 (that pic is from 2 years ago)… and
I guess that’s the beauty of real estate investing (and
any other business for that matter)… age doesn’t
mean a thing… and for those who think it does, they’re
just falling behind those of us who took action earlier
in our lives.
I know a bunch of real estate investors who are
very successful (make well into the six figures in
profits and six or seven figures in net worth) who are my
age or younger… and people take us seriously
because of our knowledge and the actions we take…
not the way we look.
Anyhow, I appreciate you stopping by the site… and
hopefully you can pick up a thing or two from a guy
whos “not old enough to shave”… if not… no biggie…
doesn’t hurt me at all.
Good luck and hopefully our paths cross again.
Chat soon,
– Trevor
