As a real estate investor, you will hold the advantage over your competitors if you can take your business on the road at a moment’s notice. Being tied to your desk for eight hours a day is not condusive to finding the next great deal or meeting with potential sellers.
Zillow recently announced the release of its real estate app specifically for the Android tablet. Although we have not tested it out ourselves, it sounds quite impressive with the ability to not only see photos of houses for sale or rent but to also compare the features of different homes side by side.
Even if you don’t have a tablet yet, Zillow has popular apps for the Kindle Fire as well as various smartphones.
Of course, do your own research to see which app is best-suited for your business.
